An established wealth management firm is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to join its team with greater flexibility, autonomy, and long-term ownership potential. This is an opportunity for a proven advisor to bring their established book of business into a firm structure that offers increased control over operations and financial performance, along with the potential for firm equity.
What you'll do- Bring and manage an established book of business with approximately $1MM+ in Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Contribute to the firm's overall growth and financial performance
- Take on greater ownership and influence over business operations and the P&L
- Build toward long-term equity and ownership within the firm
- Experienced Wealth Advisor with a proven track record
- Approximately $1MM+ in AUM to bring to the firm
- Currently established in the Boulder, Colorado area
- Local candidates only; relocation candidates will not be considered
- Ideally seeking greater independence and ownership in their next career step
- Values flexibility and increased influence over business operations and financial performance
- Interested in building long-term equity rather than simply managing a book of clients
- Compensation is based directly on the value of the AUM the advisor brings to the firm
- Earning potential tied to the advisor's established book of business and contribution to the firm
- Potential for firm equity and increased control over the P&L
