Leadership Responsibilities Team Leadership

• Mentor and support Skin Therapists
• Lead by example through professionalism and performance
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members
• Help maintain treatment standards and service consistency
• Foster a positive, team-focused culture
• Encourage growth in retail, membership, and guest retention performance

Guest Experience

• Deliver exceptional facial and skincare services
• Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses
• Create customized treatment plans
• Recommend professional products and homecare regimens
• Build long-term relationships with guests

Advanced Services Experience with or willingness to train in:

• Dermaplaning
• Microdermabrasion
• Nanoneedling
• Chemical Peels
• LED Light Therapy
• High Frequency Treatments
• Aromatherapy Enhancements

Qualifications Required

• Active Tennessee Esthetics License
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on esthetics experience preferred
• Proven ability to build and retain clientele
• Strong communication and leadership skills
