Position Summary
Red Ribbon Recovery – COLORADO is seeking a compassionate, experienced Clinical Director to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. This position provides comprehensive oversight and management of all clinical treatment programs, including Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient services. The role is responsible for supervising all clinical treatment staff and coordinating services with external community agencies and consultants to ensure continuity, quality, and compliance of care.
This position oversees the completion of all required daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and program data. The individual ensures full compliance with all contractual, accreditation, licensing, and payor requirements, as well as organizational policies and procedures. This role collaborates closely with the Executive Director and National Director of Clinical Operations on program development, policy implementation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

- Provide direct supervision and leadership to all clinical treatment staff in the daily implementation of treatment programs.
- Partner with the Executive Director and National Director of Clinical Operations to support and direct daily outpatient treatment center operations.
- Conduct clinical staff performance evaluations at (90) days and annually, or more frequently as needed; provide recommendations regarding advancement, corrective action, and retention.
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, and termination of employees with the advice and consent of the Executive Director and National Director of Clinical Operations.
- Conduct clinical trainings and/or identify qualified training facilitators to meet program and compliance requirements.
- Review and approve all clinical documentation; provide training, technical assistance, and ongoing support to clinical staff as needed.
- Assist the Executive Director with staff scheduling and assignment of responsibilities to ensure all contracted services are delivered.
- Assess situations and provide or direct appropriate crisis intervention when necessary.
- Interpret and implement Snowy Peak Recovery, LLC policies and procedures related to crisis intervention.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly billing for applicable treatment programs.
- Ensure completion of all required daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure implementation of requirements set forth by contracts, accreditation bodies, and licensing entities.
- Maintain responsibility for all aspects of treatment delivery for clients participating in services.
- Coordinate client treatment and provide group and individual counseling when clinically appropriate and necessary.
- Conduct periodic reviews of treatment group curricula and implement revisions to maintain clinical integrity and best practices.
- Assist and make recommendations to the Executive Director and National Director of Clinical Operations regarding program design, development, and implementation of treatment and transitional programs.
- Perform weekly chart audits and file reviews; initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Report unusual incidents or behaviors to the Executive Director and maintain communication with the National Director of Clinical Operations.
- Participate in ongoing professional education, trainings, and workshops to maintain licensure, enhance skills, and promote the agency’s mission and reputation.
- Ensure compliance with all Snowy Peak Recovery, LLC policies and procedures.
- Assist the Executive Director with program and policy development as assigned.
- Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients and staff.
- Ability to avoid all dual relationships with clients, including personal, financial, business, social, or sexual relationships outside the therapeutic context.
