Our clinics offer state-of-the‑art outpatient treatment for adults with opioid use disorder. We have created an innovative model of highly individualized, compassionate care, and we advance science in the field of opioid use disorder.

We are looking for a Marketing and Engagement Manager to lead our outreach efforts. Your main goal is increase awareness of our healthcare services and grow our patient base within local communities. You will be responsible for ensuring community members and active patients are fully aware of the services offered at our clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Growth & Awareness:
Develop marketing campaigns that drive new patient visits, community awareness, and increase the number of patient engagements within each clinic - Event Management:
Plan and execute our presence at community events, Tribal gatherings, and health fairs to promote our services directly to the public and the Tribal community - Multi-Channel Marketing:
Manage all advertising and outreach, including social media, local physical advertising, internal patient materials, and business development accoutrement - Brand Consistency & Cultural Resonance:
Ensure all materials are professional, easy to read, and honor Indigenous knowledge, local culture, and Tribal self-determination - Relationship Building:
Act as a support contact for Tribal organizations and local partners to coordinate co-sponsored marketing efforts - Tracking Results:
Monitor how well our outreach efforts are working; track patient growth, in-clinic engagement, and marketing efficacy - Compliance & Sensitivity:
Ensure all materials strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and respect patient confidentiality and data privacy - Patient Journey & Advocacy:
Map out the "patient journey" to ensure clear communication at every touchpoint. Develop programs that drive awareness of preventative care and specialized therapy
- Experience:
Marketing, sales, or community outreach. Healthcare experience is preferred - Marketing
Skills:
Proven ability to run ads, manage social media accounts, and coordinate local events - Communication:
Ability to translate complex medical information into simple, persuasive, and accessible promotional materials - Cultural Humility: A deep commitment to health equity and experience working respectfully within Native American or other marginalized communities
- Organization:
Must be able to manage multiple projects and events at the same time - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
