Alpine Fit is a cash-based, holistic sports medicine physical therapy clinic in Boulder, CO—and we’re growing.

We’re hiring a highly motivated Physical Therapist with a passion for keeping active adults active—combining strong manual therapy and dry needling skills with functional exercise and performance-based rehab

This isn’t your typical PT clinic.

• Cash-based model — no insurance constraints or productivity pressure

• 1:1 care for a full hour
  , every session (no aides, no double-booking)

• Time and skill to properly address complex cases—the people who’ve “tried everything”

• Ability to dive deep into biomechanics, movement patterns, and lifestyle contributors

• Collaborative, integrative care with massage, nutrition, and functional medicine

• Emphasis on performance and resilience—not just pain relief

• Support to use your full skill set without burnout or quotas

You will:

• Treat sports medicine and orthopedic patients

• Provide full-hour evaluations and treatments, 1:1

• Work with motivated, active adults

• Collaborate with an experienced, supportive team

• Participate in community outreach, workshops, and education (supported by the clinic)

• $90,000 – $110,000/year typical full-time range

• Licensed Physical Therapist (Colorado or eligible)

• Strong orthopedic and sports medicine foundation

• Excellent manual therapy and exercise programming skills

• Dry needling certification (preferred, not required)

• Interest in strength & conditioning and performance-based rehab

• Comfortable discussing care plans and learning how to share pricing in a cash-based model

• Motivated, collaborative, and growth-oriented

While new grads with exceptional foundations are encouraged to apply this role is best suited for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
