This isn’t your typical PT clinic.
- Cash‑based model — no insurance constraints or productivity pressure
- 1:1 care for a full hour, every session (no aides, no double‑booking)

The Role
Start part‑time, with growth to full‑time within 2–3 months
Full‑time = 32 patient‑facing hours per week

You will:
- Treat sports medicine and orthopedic patients
- Provide full‑hour evaluations and treatments, 1:1
- Work with motivated, active adults
- Collaborate with an experienced, supportive team
- Participate in community outreach, workshops, and education (supported by the clinic)
- $90,000 – $110,000/year typical full‑time range

- Dry needling certification (preferred, not required)
- Interest in strength & conditioning and performance‑based rehab
- Comfortable discussing care plans and learning how to share pricing in a cash‑based model
- Motivated, collaborative, and growth‑oriented
While new grads with exceptional foundations are encouraged to apply, this role is best suited for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
