Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Boulder, CO

Make a difference in the lives of students in the Boulder area by providing exceptional speech-language services in a dynamic, supportive school environment. Multiple contract opportunities are available, each offering a flexible, collaborative schedule and the chance to serve diverse K‑12 populations. These roles require onsite presence and are ideal for experienced Speech‑Language Pathologists who thrive in educational settings.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • Active, or in-process, CDE license (Colorado Department of Education). Please provide a copy or COOL credentials with your application; resumes cannot be considered without this documentation.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP‑CCC)
  • Minimum of one year of classroom‑based SLP experience required
  • Ability to adapt to various school environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • SLPA credentials are not accepted for these positions
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct speech‑language therapy and intervention aligned with IEP goals
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with communication needs
  • Consult and partner with teachers, parents, and special education staff to maximize student success
  • Attend IEP meetings, document progress, and maintain accurate records
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to the school community
Available Opportunities:
  • Elementary and high school settings with assignments ranging from 24 to 32 hours/week
  • Assignments begin in early August and run through December or the full academic year
