Job Title:

Pediatric Home Health Speech Therapist (Ages 0-20)

Are you a passionate Pediatric Speech‑Language Therapist eager to empower children and families in their homes? We are seeking a dedicated SLP to provide individualized care to patients ranging from infancy through young adulthood (ages 0-20). You are in charge of your schedule; we only ask that you reserve a few late afternoons for school‑aged patients. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities
  • Provide in‑home speech therapy to pediatric patients with diverse needs, including developmental delays, speech and language disorders, and feeding/swallowing challenges.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Empower families with education and strategies to support their child’s progress.
  • Document assessments, progress, and goals in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Current state license as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • CCC‑SLP certification or Clinical Fellow candidate.
  • Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
  • Reliable transportation for home visits.
