- Provide in‑home speech therapy to pediatric patients with diverse needs, including developmental delays, speech and language disorders, and feeding/swallowing challenges.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Empower families with education and strategies to support their child’s progress.
- Document assessments, progress, and goals in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Current state license as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP).
- CCC‑SLP certification or Clinical Fellow candidate.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
- Reliable transportation for home visits.
