Responsibilities- Take ownership of communicating and implementing company and clinical policies, procedures, and initiatives to the therapy team
- Partner with the Practice Manager to address day-to-day operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff
- Coordinate care transitions and referrals within the SOL system and with external providers
- Maintain a reduced caseload to ensure time for leadership responsibilities while maintaining clinical skills
- Provide coaching and support to clinicians
- Participate in the hiring process for new clinicians
- Identify training needs for clinical team members
- Lead case consultation sessions
- Provide clinical supervision to both associate and licensed therapists
- Directly manage a designated therapist cohort while maintaining a caseload and providing direct patient care
- Fully licensed in Colorado as an LCSW, MA, or equivalent (CO)
- Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Current independent clinical license in Colorado
- Minimum of 3‑5 years of post‑graduate clinical experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities with clinical practice
- Experience with EHR systems

$80,000 salary plus additional bonus of up to $20,000 per year (paid out quarterly based on metrics met)
