Therapy Supervisor

• Take ownership of communicating and implementing company and clinical policies, procedures, and initiatives to the therapy team
• Partner with the Practice Manager to address day-to-day operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff
• Coordinate care transitions and referrals within the SOL system and with external providers
• Maintain a reduced caseload to ensure time for leadership responsibilities while maintaining clinical skills
• Provide coaching and support to clinicians
• Participate in the hiring process for new clinicians
• Identify training needs for clinical team members
• Lead case consultation sessions
• Provide clinical supervision to both associate and licensed therapists
• Directly manage a designated therapist cohort while maintaining a caseload and providing direct patient care

• Fully licensed in Colorado as an LCSW, MA, or equivalent (CO)
• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Current independent clinical license in Colorado
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of post‑graduate clinical experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities with clinical practice
• Experience with EHR systems

$80,000 salary plus additional bonus of up to $20,000 per year (paid out quarterly based on metrics met)
