- $80,000 salary plus additional bonus of up to $20,000 a year (paid out quarterly based on metrics met)

- Active, independent license in CO
- Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- 3-5 years post graduate clinical experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities
- Experience with EHR systems
- Take ownership of communicating and implementing company and clinical policies, procedures, and initiatives to the therapy team
- Partner with the Practice Manager to address day-to-day operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff
- Coordinate care transitions and referrals within the SOL system and with external providers
- Maintain a reduced caseload to ensure time for leadership responsibilities whilemaintainingclinical skills
- Provide coaching and support
- Participate in the hiring process
- Identify training needs for clinical team members
- Lead case consultation sessions
This role includes providing clinical supervision to both associate and licensed therapists, as well as direct management of a designated therapist cohort. In addition, all SOL Therapy Supervisors willmaintaina caseload and provide direct patient care.
