You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.

** Work as part of an inter-disciplinary team providing Physical Therapy services to our residents.

Impactful Work:
Make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
** Successful Candidate:
** Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in COExperience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!
Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.
** Rate Range $50-$56/hour
