** Successful Candidates:
**** Current, unencumbered Occupational Therapy Assistant license in CO required
**** Rate Range $33-$39*****$3,000 bonus paid: $1,500 after 90 days & $1,500 paid after
120 days - bonus for full-time positions only & must remain in full-time status to receive bonus
