TAG Med Staffing is hiring a Physical Therapist (Pelvic Floor) in El Paso County, CO for our client, supporting pelvic health rehabilitation and one-on-one patient care in an outpatient setting. This role provides individualized treatment for patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, prenatal and postpartum conditions, pelvic pain, and related diagnoses while emphasizing evidence-based care and strong patient relationships. The ideal candidate is passionate about pelvic health, values collaborative care, and is committed to delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.
Responsibilitiesas the Physical Therapist (Pelvic Floor):
- Patient Evaluation: Perform comprehensive pelvic floor assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs.
- Clinical Care: Provide one-on-one treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, prenatal and postpartum conditions, bowel and bladder disorders, and related musculoskeletal diagnoses.

Education:
Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies to support long-term recovery and wellness. - Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain timely, accurate documentation and treatment records while meeting regulatory and organizational standards.
- Professional Development: Participate in continuing education initiatives and contribute to clinical best practices and quality improvement efforts.
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is required.
- Licensure: Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Colorado is required.
- Certification: Pelvic health training or certification is preferred.
- Experience: Experience treating pelvic floor conditions in an outpatient or clinical setting is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of evidence-based pelvic health rehabilitation, women's health, men's pelvic health, and orthopedic rehabilitation is preferred.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems is required.
