Join Our Team RD Nutrition Consultants LLC, a national leader in clinical nutrition consulting, is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to support a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program in Colorado. Position Overview

  Part-Time
• Setting: PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly)
• Schedule:
  
  10–15 hours per week
• Compensation: $36–$42 per hour (based on experience)
• On-Site Requirement:
  One on-site visit per week
• Remote Work:
  Approximately 50% of responsibilities may be completed remotely, including documentation and administrative tasks
• Travel:
  Paid travel time at the hourly rate

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and follow-up evaluations for PACE participants
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on each participant's medical conditions, nutritional needs, and personal goals
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to participants, caregivers, and family members
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize participant outcomes
• Monitor participant progress and modify nutrition interventions as appropriate
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning
• Perform additional clinical and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related accredited field
• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Minimum of one year of clinical nutrition experience preferred
• Experience working with geriatric populations or PACE programs is preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team
