Travel Requirement:
Weekly travel between Broomfield and Boulder locations

Wage: $80,000–$101,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Incentives:

Productivity-based bonuses

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient evaluations and interpret test results to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventative self-care strategies
  • Guide patients in therapeutic exercises and proper use of equipment
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams on treatment progression and discharge planning
  • Accurately document patient care in the EMR, ensuring compliance and confidentiality
  • Support and supervise physical therapy aides, students, and volunteers within scope of practice
  • Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment and adhere to infection control protocols
  • Participate in continuous learning and incorporate current best practices into patient care

Education/Certification requirements:

  • Current Colorado physical therapist license required
  • Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Successful completion of clinical internship.
  • BLS Certificate within 3 months of hire

Experience

Required:

  • One (1) year of practical physical therapy experience preferred, ideally in orthopedics and sports medicine; new graduates with strong clinical rotations or relevant training are encouraged to apply.

Physical Requirements:

  • This position works in the patient physical therapy gym in a medical practice.
  • The position involves regular walking, sitting, standing, bending, and lifting throughout working hours.
  • The ability to lift objects weighing over 50 pounds is essential, as well as the ability to push wheelchairs and transport/support patients as needed.
  • Candidates must remain constantly alert to ensure patient safety in the workplace.
