We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise clinical services, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to help children reach their full potential.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care.
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment as needed.
• Partner with families, schools, and other providers to support each child's success.
• Complete documentation accurately and maintain BACB and HIPAA compliance.

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
