At Friday physical therapy, experienced therapists are hired as independent contractors, enabling full autonomy, high pay, and a high level of expertise. Therapists work together to care for grateful, and often complex patients.

We take select insurance, to enable high quality of care, 45min treatment times, and comprehensive care, with a goal of serving the community as a whole.

Pay/Salary:
Paid per patient; unmatched salary.

Job Type: Independent contractor; part - full time.

Clinic Setting:
In person;
Treatment rooms with full gym.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy to assess conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• 10+ years of experience
• Expertise in Rehabilitation, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Demonstrated skills in Patient Care, with a focus on safety, empathy, and clear communication.
• Ability to coordinate and support Home Care strategies, including patient education and home exercise programs.
• Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
• Strong documentation, organization, and time-management
• Capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team and maintain professional conduct at all times.
