Better Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy across Colorado. You will manage your caseload end-to-end with full clinical autonomy, scheduling control, and performance-based earning potential.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, educating patients and caregivers, and coordinating with other clinicians to ensure seamless discharge planning. Two years of home health or related experience is preferred.
