Licensed Massage Therapist

Compensation:

70%–80% of collected service revenue for clients you bring into the practice, depending on your existing clientele and the arrangement we mutually agree upon.

At Alleviate's current standard pricing, that would equal approximately:

• 60-minute massage ($115): $80.50–$92 to therapist
• 90-minute massage ($155): $108.50–$124 to therapist
• You retain 100% of your gratuities.

• Website and established online presence
• Online scheduling system if needed
• Payment processing available if needed
• Existing Alleviate service menu and pricing available if needed
• Marketing and administrative infrastructure
• Linens and shared facility equipment
• Independence & Scheduling

The treatment room is currently available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, and you determine your own availability within the times the room is available.

There are no required shifts, minimum hours, or requirement to remain onsite when you aren't booked.

Contractors remain free to maintain their own massage practice, work with other businesses, market themselves independently, and accept or decline work.

Alleviate's booking, payment processing, and standard service pricing are available for your convenience. If you maintain your own pricing structure and/or payment processing system for your existing clientele, I'm open to accommodating that as part of our written independent contractor agreement. The applicable percentage/administrative share would be clearly agreed upon in writing beforehand.

I'm specifically looking for someone who already has at least a small existing book of clients who would realistically follow them to a Boulder location. You don't need a huge clientele—even a few recurring appointments per week could be a good starting point.

You must hold an active Colorado massage therapy license, maintain professional liability insurance, and be experienced, reliable, and professional.
