• Current or pending PTA license
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
• CPR certified

• One-year formal Mentorship program

This annual salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications. Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans. Colorado pay range
