K-12 Caseload Starting September 2026 for the entire school year. Supporting schools across Peyton, Falcon, and CO Springs School-based SLPA.
About the RoleHello, SLPAs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for school-based positions near Falcon, CO. In this role, you’ll support K–12 students by providing speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. You’ll play a key role in helping students strengthen their communication skills and succeed in the classroom setting. This is a great opportunity for both experienced SLPAs and those looking to transition into the school setting.

- Supportive supervision and mentorship from experienced SLPs
- Benefits apply to 0.8 FTE and above after a short waiting period.
- Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals
- Implement therapy plans and activities developed by the supervising SLP
- Collect data and maintain therapy documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
- Assist with preparing therapy materials and supporting student engagement
- Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with school documentation requirements
- Active Colorado SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Colorado CDE authorization/certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
