DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Dietary Aide to support our nutrition services team and help provide high-quality dining experiences for participants in our PACE program.

- Assist with food preparation, meal service, snacks, and nutritional supplements under the direction of the Dietitian or designee.
- Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas while ensuring participant dietary needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment by following established food safety and infection control practices.
- Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties within the dietary department.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support participant care and satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and required training programs.
- Maintain confidentiality of participant, family, and organizational information.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One to two years of food preparation experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Experience working with frail or elderly populations preferred; training will be provided for qualified candidates with less experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs.
- For North Carolina positions, an Employee Medical Statement meeting state requirements must be completed prior to employment.
