Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring CNAs!
Shifts:
Full-time, 6am-2pm with a weekend rotation Full-time, 2pm-10pm with a weekend rotation At Hilltop Park Post Acute, compassion is at the heart of everything we do. We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms!

Provide direct care to the residents of the facility under the direction of licensed nurses.

Impactful Work:
Make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
- Current, unencumbered CNA license in CO
- Must possess, at a minimum, 10th grade education
- Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Rate Range - $20- $26/hour
