Proven leadership in field reimbursement management within oncology, including launch experience of oral and injectable products, is highly preferred. The role demands strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build stakeholder trust. It involves significant travel (50-75%) and is field-based, located in the U.S. West region. The position plays a critical role in delivering optimal patient access and aligning reimbursement strategies with organizational goals in the oncology therapeutic area.
