Frontera Care is seeking a mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our telehealth team. You will lead clinical supervision of RBTs, develop ABA treatment plans, and ensure high-quality care for children with autism across NM and CO.
In this leadership role, you will mentor staff, implement innovative digital tools, and collaborate with families to set goals within 9am-6pm MT hours. A master’s in psychology (ABA emphasis) and pediatric experience are required.
