Field Access Manager (FAM), Plasma-Immunology Patient Access (CO, AZ, UT)
Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Optimize Patient Access:
  Navigate reimbursement and access challenges to ensure timely access to therapies.
• Proactive Education and Support:
  Provide tailored, field-based education on reimbursement to key accounts (provider groups, hospitals, academics, specialty pharmacies, other stakeholders) and anticipate/address access challenges.
• Strategic Partnership:
  Build collaborative relationships with healthcare organizations to resolve reimbursement/access issues and support therapy initiation and continuation.
• Enhance Team Capabilities:
  Educate internal teams to address complex reimbursement/access scenarios.
• Adaptability and Insight:
  Stay current on healthcare policies, reimbursement trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree; 5+ years of field-based experience in account management, sales, or medical affairs; strong knowledge of reimbursement and practice management; ability to develop/execute account-based strategies; excellent written and verbal communication; expertise in account management/relationship development/issue resolution; strong interpersonal skills and flexibility.
• Desired: 5+ years in reimbursement roles (pharma/biotech/rare disease); MBA/advanced degree; healthcare policy/reimbursement/market access experience; familiarity with buy-and-bill and pharmacy models; experience with specialty/high-cost therapies.

• Field-based; up to 75% travel.
• Must live in territory; ability to drive/fly to meetings.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
