In a beautiful town in Northwest Colorado, a state-of-the-art 25-bed Critical Access Hospital is seeking a Physician Assistant to join their primary care team.

• Base Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
• 4-Day Work Week - No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays
