Location:

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Contract Duration:

• Starting August 31, for 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately for outpatient infusion
• Review and verify medication orders for compliance with protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies as needed
• Ensure all pharmacy operations adhere to regulatory standards and safety policies
• Provide expert guidance on drug interactions, side effects, and administration methods

Desired

Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with experience in hospital inpatient and outpatient infusion settings
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical therapeutics and hospital pharmacy regulations
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with healthcare providers and patients
