Hello, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time RBT to support students in a K–12 school setting in Boulder, CO. In this role, you'll provide individualized behavioral support, implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with school teams to help students thrive. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced RBTs who are passionate about supporting students and making a meaningful impact in a school setting.

• Competitive pay (Up to $30/hour) + steady school-year schedule

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support
• Collect and track data on student progress and behaviors
• Support students with social, emotional, and communication skills
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Assist with classroom management and behavior strategies
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
• School-based or ABA experience a plus
