Resident Assistant | QMAP - Part-Time

What You Will Do

As a Resident Assistant/QMAP, you'll help residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported each day. You'll assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while encouraging residents to maintain as much independence as possible.

You'll administer medications, document care, and keep an eye out for changes in residents' health or wellbeing. When concerns arise, you'll communicate with the nursing team and respond promptly to resident needs.

Just as important, you'll build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. You'll encourage participation in activities, help create a warm and welcoming environment, and play an important role in making Frasier feel like home.

Part-Time Opportunities Available

We're currently hiring for two part-time schedules: a morning float position with shorter shifts and an evening position with regular 8-hour shifts. Both roles provide hands-on resident care and support in our Assisted Living community and include weekend availability.

What You Will Earn

Competitive Pay: $19.30-$21.30 per hour PLUS shift differentials. Potential earnings up to $25.80 per hour.

• +$1.75/hour (Evenings): $21.05-$23.05
• +$2.75/hour (Overnights): $22.05-$24.05
• +$1.75/hour (Weekends): $21.05-$23.05
• +$3.50/hour (Evenings + Weekends): $22.80-$24.80
• +$4.50/hour (Overnights + Weekends): $23.80-$25.80

What You Will Need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current QMAP, First Aid, Basic Life Support, and AED certification
• 1 year of experience providing personal care preferred.
• Ability to act independently in routine and emergency situations and demonstrate computer competency.
