Overview
The Boulder Country Club is looking for an Athletic Center Front Desk Associate. This private member-owned non-profit club is located in Gunbarrel (northeast Boulder) and offers quality recreation with a commitment to excellence in an exclusive and friendly environment. The club features 8 tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, an indoor and outdoor pool, a cardio room, a weight room, a group fitness room, a smoothie bar, and a dedicated staff.
The position requires excellent customer service, multitasking, and a welcoming presence for members and guests.

Responsibilities- Answer phones and handle front desk duties
- Make reservations for massages and tennis
- Fold towels and assist with smoothies and front desk organization
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and greet members with a smile
- Support other front desk duties as needed
- Employee discount on meals and services
- Accrued sick pay according to Colorado law
- Free golfing on Mondays with manager approval
- Free CPR training
- Various shifts available; ability to work all shifts as needed
- Opening shift: 4:45am-10:45am (sometimes 11:00am)
- Mid-Day Shift: 10:15am-4:30pm
- Closing Shift: 3:30pm-9:15pm
- Opening shift: 6:45am-11:30am
- Mid-Day Shift: 11:15am-3:45pm
- Closing Shift: 3:30pm-8:15pm
- Bonus pay for outstanding teamwork or going above and beyond
- Tips at Smoothie Bar
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Must be able to do opening shifts starting at 4:45am
- Friendly, energetic, people-facing
- Like to stay busy and not sit much
- Genuinely love to help people
- Able to stand for long periods
- Able to carry up to 50 lbs
