Currently looking for a General Manager to oversee a multi-unit bar in Tallahassee!

This position requires you to move to Tallahassee, FL!

College Bar General Manager Requirements and

Qualifications:

• 2+ years General Manager experience in a college bar concept
• 4+ years experience working in the college bar scene
• Sales volume of $3M+
• Incredible leadership mentality, leading with integrity and genuine care for others
• Ability to work on your own with minimal supervision
• Ability to work late nights
• Must have patience and a teamwork mentality
• Willingness to learn and grow as part of the organization
• Do-whatever-it-takes and outside-the-box mentality
• Must be loyal to staying in Tallahassee and being a part of company growth
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Email, Excel

College Bar General Manager Preferred Background and

Skills:

• Previous bartender experience is appreciated
