Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 – Full Time hours available.
The Adventure Center Lead will be a daily operational leader of an activity or activities. This lead is responsible for the operational direction of their area including staffing, facility readiness, equipment maintenance, opening and closing procedures, guest experience, and more. In this position, you will directly monitor safety and overall quality of the activities operation.

- Adhere to resort handbook policies and best practices.
- Oversee daily operation of all activities within the assigned area, including ticket redemption.
- Ensure guest and employee safety, compliance with SOPs, operational logs and emergency response.
- Anticipate, plan for, and mitigate hazards or risks in the activity area.
- Assist with training assessments, form completion, and provide daily coaching to activities employees.
- Use company vehicles safely.
- Maintain compliance with inspection logs – daily, monthly, and annual.
- Assist management in monitoring payroll, budget, and schedule.
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude in all guest interactions.
- Perform performance management for a team of 15+ (training, job execution, meeting guest service, employee engagement, safety, financial goals).
- Manage activity inventory and liaise with other departments to promote a seamless customer experience.
- Complete performance appraisals, end of season forms, and partner with the manager to approve performance appraisals and disciplinary documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- At least 1 year of guest service experience.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in a dynamic operational setting.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Capacity to work outdoors up to 10 hours in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry 100lbs.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Fluent reading, writing, speaking, comprehension, and understanding of English.
- Availability to work the entire length of the season.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle check.
