The Marriott Boulder is seeking a detail-oriented, fun, and easy-going Conference Services Manager who enjoys building relationships, creating memorable event experiences, and bringing positive energy to both clients and coworkers.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary contact for group and catering clients.
• Plan and coordinate events from contract turnover through execution.
• Prepare accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event details.
• Partner with hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage client communication, event logistics, and billing arrangements.
