Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guests, and employees, providing a warm, professional, and engaging welcome at all times.
- Enthusiastically greet and assist guests with arrivals, departures, and office orientations, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their visit.
- Engage visitors, employees, and callers in a courteous and timely manner, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and delivering a consistently positive experience.
- Maintain visible engagement throughout the workplace by conducting strategic site walks during periods of reduced front desk coverage to assist customers and guests.
- Act as a campus ambassador by providing information, guidance, and way finding support for campus services, amenities, and activities.
- Effectively pair services to guests’ needs and act as a resident expert on local cuisine, hotels, attractions, and upcoming events.
- Build and maintain connections and networks within the hospitality industry to enhance the range and quality of services offered to guests.
- Collaborate with clients, customers, and internal support teams to proactively anticipate needs, identify issues, and deliver creative, customer-focused solutions.
- Maintain familiarity with all facility services and work closely with internal teams to ensure a hospitality-focused approach across all service touchpoints.
- Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills in every interaction.
- Assist with meeting support, including coordinating room needs, guest arrival logistics, and related hospitality services as required.
- Perform reception duties such as answering phones, managing inquiries, and directing guests and employees to appropriate contacts or locations.
- Support personal assistance services and mail services where applicable, ensuring timely and accurate handling of requests.
- Use information technology tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, to manage communications, schedules, and service requests.
- Adhere to all required onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes as directed by the vendor and client procedures.
- Minimum 2–3 years of previous customer service or hospitality-related experience.
- Proven ability to create experiences that go beyond expectations and deliver high-touch, white-glove service.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to interact professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- Fluency in English with clear, professional spoken and written communication.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment while maintaining consistently elevated guest experiences and accuracy.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude when managing shifting daily priorities and guest needs.
- Working knowledge of a range of information technology tools and platforms.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Customer service, client services, and front desk experience in a hospitality or corporate environment.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset in all interactions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality and customer service with a welcoming, friendly demeanor.
- Experience providing white-glove service in a corporate or high-end hospitality setting.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to evolving workplace technologies and tools.
- Vendor management exposure, including coordination with third-party providers and adherence to client-specific onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with reception, meeting support, mail services, and campus way finding support.
