HR Intern

Overview

Pony.ai is seeking a Talent Acquisition / Recruiting intern to learn sourcing and recruiting processes, participate in recruiting projects, and support the talent acquisition function as the company scales globally.

• Schedule phone screenings and onsite/virtual interviews as needed.
• Screen inbound resumes and evaluate candidates to determine fit.
• Help recruiting partners build a pipeline of engineering talent to meet business needs and priorities.
• Partner with recruiters for job description analysis and understanding requirements.
• Source qualified candidates by using multiple recruiting channels.
• Assist in human resources operations activities.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing a master’s degree in human resources or an equivalent major.
• A self-starter who is results-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and takes initiative and risks.
• Demonstrate strong ability to adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, even remotely.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $18 - $20 hourly.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
