Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) and HRIS Project Implementation Lead for a 12-month contract assignment to support our enterprise transition to the global Dayforce HCM platform. As we refine and migrate our infrastructure and people / HR processes, this critical role will bridge the gap between technical system capabilities, data integrity, and business readiness for multiple internal audience segments.
This role will provide vital support to various Workstream Leads, one for each core people / HR function, through Organizational Change Management (OCM), communications, business process mapping, and the creation of end‑user training documentation for our People Services Business Partners and Payroll teams, as well as a hierarchy of manager and employee role‑based user experiences. Additionally, this individual will provide critical project support for the Core HR module—driving the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, supporting data migration efforts and validation work streams, ensuring strict audit compliance, and building training playbooks to secure operational readiness for a distributed, field‑based workforce.
Key Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):Data Migration, Validation & Audit Compliance
- Data Migration Support: Partner closely with IT and People Services work streams to support the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of legacy personnel data into Dayforce, ensuring data mapping aligns perfectly with future‑state system logic.
- Rigorous Data Validation: Execute comprehensive data validation protocols pre‑and post‑load. Conduct side‑by‑side system comparisons, spot‑checks, and parallel testing to ensure 100% accuracy of employee profiles, organizational structures, and historical records.
- Audit & Controls Assurance: Establish and execute necessary auditing processes throughout the implementation lifecycle. Document data discrepancies, track remediation efforts, and ensure all data handling adheres to internal compliance, SOX controls, and data governance standards.
- Change Enablement: Support the design and execution of the OCM framework specifically tailored to our People Services teams’ needs and our field organization to drive high adoption of Dayforce Core HR and employee/manager self‑service modules.
- Communication Strategy & Execution: Help develop and support the project communication roadmap and draft stakeholder updates, company‑wide announcements, leadership briefs, and countdown‑to‑launch campaigns ensuring consistent alignment with strategic messaging across all media types and employee segments.
- Impact Analysis: Conduct stakeholder readiness assessments to identify friction points during the migration, make recommendations, and implement agreed upon proactive mitigation plans.
- Build Training Playbooks: Design, write, and produce comprehensive Training Playbooks, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), video vignettes, and job aids tailored to different user personas (e.g., Field Crew Leads, Managers, HR Administrators).
- Process Mapping: Partner with People Services and operational teams to document "As‑Is" versus "To‑Be" HR workflows, ensuring all future‑state Dayforce processes are cleanly standardized, compliant with audit requirements, and published.
- Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate interactive training sessions, "train‑the‑trainer" workshops, and hyper‑care office hours during the deployment and post‑go‑live stabilization windows…
