DevOps Engineer

Overview

IDR is seeking a Dev Ops Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boulder, CO. This role is within a fast-moving startup environment focused on cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure solutions. The team values innovation and efficiency, emphasizing automation, monitoring, and AI integration to enhance system reliability and performance.

• Manage and scale production environments within Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Write and maintain scripts to automate tasks and system integration
• Build, optimize, and secure Git Lab pipelines for application deployment
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot performance issues proactively
• Support AI tool adoption to streamline workflows and improve system reliability

• 3–5 years of experience in a Dev Ops or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role
• Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) and understanding of coding logic
• Hands-on experience with Git Lab CI/CD, Git Lab Runners, and version control practices
• Practical experience with GCP (GCE, GKE, Cloud Storage) or AWS
• Ability to support Java-based applications and troubleshoot JVM performance issues
