Job Summary:

Datavail is a leading provider of data management and cloud services, and they are seeking an Automated Testing Manager to lead the testing operations for Oracle Cloud Application implementation projects. This role focuses on ensuring quality and performance across various Oracle Cloud modules while managing a team of test engineers and implementing best practices in automated testing.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the automated testing strategy for Oracle Cloud implementations.

• Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to align testing efforts with project goals.

• Establish and enforce best practices for automated testing across multiple Oracle Cloud modules.

• Oversee the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts using tools such as Opkey and Camptra.

• Manage end-to-end testing cycles including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.

• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and defect management are maintained throughout the lifecycle.

• Build and lead a high-performing team of test engineers and analysts onshore and offshore (India).

• Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to team members.

• Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and innovation.

• Evaluate and implement automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.

• Integrate testing tools with CI/CD pipelines and project management platforms.

• Monitor and report on testing metrics, KPIs, and quality outcomes.

• Communicate testing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels.

• Partner with vendors and consultants to ensure tool effectiveness and support.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM).

• Hands-on expertise with Opkey, Camptra, or similar automated testing platforms.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and SDLC.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Agile and Dev Ops environments.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab).

• Certification in Oracle Cloud, EBusiness Suite, People Soft, JD Edwards or relevant testing tools is a plus.
