Your role: As a RADICL Compliance Consultant, you will:
- Guide clients throughout their compliance journey
- Assist in developing a compliance knowledge base, to include assessment guidance, remediation guidance, and documentation for various compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST 800-171, ISO
27001, CIS Critical Controls, 23 NYCRR 500, etc.) - Assist in the IT implementation of control frameworks in M365/GCC/GCC-H and Google Workspace environments
- Assist with RADICL’s own internal compliance and IT initiatives and requirements
- Partner with Product Management to help drive RADICL XTP Platform’s roadmap to support compliance-related requirements
- Stay up to date with the latest GRC-related developments and requirements
- Learn and become an expert in other compliance frameworks as required
Your skillset/experience should include:
- Hands-on experience managing M365 environments to include Entra
ID, Conditional Access Policies, Intune, Defender, SharePoint and Exchange Online - Experience participating in compliance assessments
- Working knowledge of implementing control frameworks

The pay range for this role is: 110, USD per year (Boulder, CO)
