IMM is seeking a curious, detail-driven Client Digital Data Analyst with previous experience working in marketing or digital analytics at a digital-focused agency, brand, or similar environment, ideally supporting large, complex client ecosystems.

Our ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced settings, with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for understanding what the data is really telling us. You are motivated by accuracy, clarity, and uncovering insights that help teams make better decisions. You take pride in ensuring analytics and reporting are reliable, actionable, and aligned with business goals.

You enjoy working closely with internal teams and client partners to support performance measurement, user behavior analysis, and optimization efforts. While you understand the broader objectives of campaigns and digital initiatives, you’re energized by the hands‑on work—building reports, validating data sources, analyzing funnels, and connecting performance trends to real human behavior.

This position is remote (hybrid available if within commuting distance to Boulder, CO) and open to candidates living in the following locations:
Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico.

Relocation assistance is not provided. Do not apply if you do not reside in one of the above locations unless you are already planning to relocate at your own expense.

A Day in the Life:

You’ll develop a strong understanding of your clients’ business, digital ecosystem, and customer journeys to support accurate and actionable analytics. You’ll work across internal teams to analyze performance, surface insights, and ensure reporting is consistent, trustworthy, and clearly communicated.

This role is highly collaborative and detail-oriented—your ability to investigate data, ask smart questions, and follow-through is what ensures high-quality analytics support and a strong client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support the validation and maintenance of the source of truth for digital and marketing analytics reporting using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics.
  • Build, maintain, and analyze standard and custom reports, explorations, funnels, and pathing to support ongoing performance reviews and optimization efforts.
  • Monitor performance trends and identify anomalies or unexpected changes in data, flagging issues and insights to senior analytics team members or account leads.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to support measurement needs tied to campaigns, site updates, and digital initiatives.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for optimization by analyzing user journeys, conversion funnels, and channel performance.
  • Support testing and experimentation efforts by helping define success metrics, pulling results, and contributing to post‑test analysis and insights.
  • Help identify tracking gaps or data inconsistencies and collaborate with tagging or engineering partners to support resolution using tools like Google Tag Manager or Adobe Target.
  • Contribute to client‑ready analytics deliverables, ensuring outputs are accurate, clearly documented, and aligned with defined KPIs.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently in internal discussions and client meetings, supporting shared understanding of performance and insights.
Requirements

Here’s what you need to get our attention:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or performance measurement roles at a digital-focused agency, brand, or similar environment
  • Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Adobe Analytics, including reporting and analysis
  • Working understanding of e-commerce, user journeys, and conversion funnels
