Branch Lab is building the future of healthcare commercialization.
Branch Lab is a healthcare AI company focused on predicting health outcomes to improve how regulated organizations make decisions.
Our mission is to enable better healthcare decisions by applying AI in a way that is privacy-safe, rigorous, and designed for real-world use.
The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our Boulder-based team and help deliver forward-facing, enterprise-grade data integrations for our pharma brand and agency customers and publishers. We will also consider applicants based out of our New York office.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and product. You’ll work directly with sophisticated external teams to implement secure data pipelines, onboard new partners, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure Branch Lab’s platform connects seamlessly into the healthcare advertising ecosystem.
You’ll be a technical translator and hands-on builder – equally comfortable discussing APIs with engineers, data flows with analytics teams, and implementation timelines with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Own technical onboarding and integration delivery for enterprise pharma manufacturers, agency customers, and publishers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve campaign activation issues across third-party data platforms, including identity matching, delivery failures, and data validation.
- Partner with customer and platform teams to diagnose activation gaps, ensure successful audience delivery, and validate downstream performance.
- Design and implement secure data integrations across customer environments, including APIs, batch pipelines, and privacy-safe workflows.
- Partner with data and engineering teams to support ingestion of marketing, and advertising datasets.
- Build integration tooling, reusable connectors, and documentation to scale onboarding across customers.
- Support pre-sales technical discovery and solution design for strategic enterprise opportunities.
- Ensure integrations meet the highest standards for privacy, compliance, and reliability in regulated healthcare settings.
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Data Engineering, Implementation Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of data integrations: APIs, ETL pipelines, file-based exchanges, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency with Python, Athena (or equivalent), and SQL in production environments.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS strongly preferred).
- Comfort working directly with enterprise customers and external technical stakeholders.
- Strong ability to explain complex technical systems clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on execution and customer outcomes.
- Experience supporting pharma, healthcare, ad-tech, or privacy-sensitive data platforms.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-safe data workflows, clean rooms, or anonymized identifier systems.
- Knowledge of tools like Spark, Kubernetes, Docker, Athena, Redshift, or similar modern data infrastructure.
- Experience integrating with agency measurement stacks, CDPs, or marketing data ecosystems.
- Background in analytics, experimentation, or outcome measurement pipelines.
- Competitive salary + significant equity
- Work at the cutting edge of privacy-first healthcare commercialization
- High-impact, customer-facing role shaping how Branch Lab scales with enterprise partners
- Collaborate with top-tier engineers, data scientists, and healthcare leaders
- Help build foundational integrations powering the next generation of regulated AI decision-making
