Your privacy is important to us at Protect Our Winters and its affiliates (collectively “POW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and secure the personal information you provide through our website,  (the “Site”), our application, when you register to be a member, attend or stream our summits or events, when you view or interact with POW social media accounts or any content affiliated with us, in connection with political or voting initiatives, and when you interact with us as a customer or otherwise (collectively, the “Services”).

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, personal information or personal data means data that classifies as personal information, personal data, personally identifiable information, or similar terms under applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. We collect this information for purposes including advertising and marketing, processing donations, analytics and research, and website security and maintenance.
  
  We may use this information for targeted advertising and share it with third party partners. We also share this information with POW Action Fund.
• Payment and Commercial Information includes name, address, phone number, and debit or credit card information. This also includes information regarding the purchases or donations you have made through our Services. We use a third party service provider to process most payments, in which case we do not physically receive your payment information. We collect this information for analytics and research, and website security and maintenance.
  
  We may share your purchase or donation history with analytics providers and third party marketers.
• Responses to Surveys, Questionnaires, and Promotions includes information you provide when participating in voluntary surveys such as email address and interested activities. We collect this information for advertising and marketing, analytics and research, and website security and maintenance.
• Social Media Information includes information you post on a blog or social media platform. Comments will be public, so avoid sharing private information. We collect this information for advertising and marketing, analytics and research, and website security and maintenance.
