PLEASE NOTE:

• It is a Hybrid position in Boulder, Colorado.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Open Shift administration, Kubernetes, Git Ops practices, CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and enterprise Dev Sec Ops  methodologies.

• Design, implement, and support enterprise Git Ops solutions using ArgoCD within Red Hat Open Shift environments.
• Configure and manage Open Shift clusters across on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Tekton, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Automate deployment, configuration management, and infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Implement Kubernetes best practices for scalability, resiliency, monitoring, and security.
• Manage containerized workloads and troubleshoot complex platform issues.
• Integrate security controls and compliance requirements into Dev Ops workflows (Dev Sec Ops ).
• Collaborate with development teams to modernize legacy applications into cloud-native architectures.
• Configure role-based access controls (RBAC), secrets management, and policy enforcement.
• Support monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for Open Shift environments.
• Lead architecture discussions, technical workshops, and client-facing solution engagements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across Dev Ops initiatives.
• Create operational documentation, deployment standards, and automation runbooks.

• 7+ years of experience in Linux systems administration, Dev Ops, or cloud platform engineering.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Red Hat Open Shift.
• Strong expertise with ArgoCD and Git Ops deployment methodologies.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Deep understanding of container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or Go.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and containerized applications.
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.

7+ years of experience in Linux systems administration, Dev Ops, or cloud platform engineering.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Red Hat Open Shift
