Director of AI Programs role within Edgewise Therapeutics, reporting to VP Head to IT/IS. Lead AI‑driven initiatives to accelerate business outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance agility across the enterprise.

• Lead work streams for strategic AI initiatives, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, senior leadership, cross‑functional teams, and external partners.
• Drive individual AI programs, researching, problem‑solving and distilling insights to identify AI solutions for key business topics.
• Prepare and present executive‑level communications and recommendations on AI programs and outcomes.
• Foster a culture of technology understanding, innovation, inclusion, and agility within the organization.
• Act as the AI Champion at Edgewise, promoting AI strategy and adoption.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and company procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and travel as required.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years experience with a bachelor’s (3+ with master’s) driving AI implementations in biotech, consulting or related fields.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale and at a product‑focused technology company.
• Demonstrated project management of small to large initiatives in biopharmaceutical organizations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including presenting metrics and ROI to executive leadership.
• Proven team player with facilitative leadership skills, ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – internal and external business strategy support.

Salary range: $185,000–$235,000, title and salary commensurate with experience.
