Data Analyst, AI Engineer
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- Ability to work flexible non standard working hours in line with customer requirements.
- A customer first and empathetic mindset, and ability to own end to end experience and solutions.
- Deliver support by troubleshooting advanced technical and product escalations for high-value advertisers, partners, and sales teams.
- Analyze data to identify root causes and share critical customer feedback with Engineering, Product, and Trust & Safety teams to improve feature offerings.
- Develop diagnostic tools, debugging resources, and automated solutions independently or alongside engineering partners to streamline technical workflows.
- Deeply learn and support AI‑powered Ads products while tracking emerging market trends and strategic cross‑functional opportunities.
- Foster a global team culture and actively participate in a weekend on‑call rotation to maintain continuous client success.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $114,000‑$163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
