ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Support KPI definition and lead dashboard design
- Collaborate with Medical Impact and Outcomes team lead to ensure KPIs can be visualized in easy to read and understand dashboards
- Lead “user research” with MCCDH Planning and Impact team to design dashboards that are easily understandable and aligned with their future use
- Develop wireframes and visual designs to iteratively validate solutions with users
- Advocate for user-centered design solutions for dashboards
Lead dashboard creation
- Collaborate with Medical Impact and Outcomes team lead to appropriately prioritize dashboards design and creation
- Build & update intuitive and user-friendly reporting dashboards for stakeholders of different seniority levels, including MCCDH Planning and Impact team and Medical Affairs executive-level stakeholders
- Allow visualization of metrics and KPIs at different levels of granularity to promote data exploration and insight generation
- Explore visualizing data in different formats (dashboards, ppts, etc) and support data-driven story-telling
Coordinate with data analysts
- Collaborate with data analysts to feed actual data into dashboards and test KPI visualization
- Update dashboards and visualization tools as needed to ensure correct visualization and interface interaction with actual data
Provide design support to other Medical Analytics teams
- Provide ad-hoc design support to the Content and Channel Analytics team, and the Care gaps analytics and HCP segmentation team
Promote broader stakeholder collaboration
- Collaborate with Medical Impact and Outcomes team to ensure metrics and KPIs developed can efficiently be visualized and communicated
- Regularly collect user feedback to update existing dashboards and improve future designs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
- Advanced degree life sciences or data sciences
- Strong experience (7+ years) data analytics , dashboard development / reporting, and related visualizations
- Demonstrated effectiveness working in cross-functional business environment.
- Proven leadership skills in managing people and projects both directly and via a matrixed or indirect leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with Pfizer leaders and key external stakeholders.
- Ability to partner cross culturally/regionally.
- Effective talent management.
- Effective English verbal and written communication with flexibility to be clear, consistent, compliant, and appropriate for a variety of settings including scientific/technical, promotional, patient/consumer, regulatory, and media.
- In depth understanding of the business of pharmaceutical medicine including clinical trial design, GCP and data interpretation, drug development, regulatory and promotional rules/guidance, legal and compliance, issue management and business development opportunity evaluations.
