This position is hybrid in either Raleigh, NC or Denver, CO. Candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on‑site presence at least three days per week.

As a Sr. Dev Ops Engineer at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.

• Continuous and on‑time delivery of application releases supporting mission‑critical services
• Support and improve tools for continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD)
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in delivery pipelines
• Navigate cloud solutions, on‑premise solutions, and hybrid solutions
• Configure infrastructure as code (IaC) tooling
• Build automated release pipelines that package, test, and deploy code
• Build out and maintain suitable tracking dashboards and metrics
• Collaborate with architects, engineering, product, and other teams to deliver comprehensive solutions

• 4+ years of experience driving mature CI/CD adoption, deployment automation, and release engineering
• Working with Azure Dev Ops Pipelines
• Windows Server or Linux administration
• Writing and maintaining infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred)

• Azure/AWS (Azure preferred)
• Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized services
• Interfacing with relational databases (Azure SQL, SQL Server, Azure Postgre
  
  SQL preferred)
• Strong understanding of Azure Identity or AWS/GCP equivalent
• Integrating and interfacing with logging and telemetry platforms
• Strong working experience in an Agile environment
• Comfortable giving feedback to team members and handling personal situations
• Excellent at multi‑tasking and able to handle competing priorities
• Familiar with git SCM and branching methodologies (Git Flow, Trunk Based, etc.)

• Msbuild and dotnet core CLI
• .NET, .NET Framework, .NET Standard
• Unit testing frameworks such as xUnit or nUnit or any other .NET testing framework
• Node.js and React / Vue / Angular / Svelte
• Testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, Jasmine, Karma, etc.
• Static code analysis tooling (Sonarqube preferred)
• NuGet and NPM
• Azure Artifacts
