You'll play a key role in shaping both what we build and how it works, working closely with product, design, engineering, and clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys ambiguity, and is equally comfortable talking to users, facilitating workshops, and crafting high-quality design.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead user research efforts (interviews, usability testing, synthesis) to uncover insights and inform product decisions
- Plan and facilitate design workshops with clients and stakeholders (discovery sessions, journey mapping, ideation)
- Help define what we build and why, not just how it looks
- Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, elegant solutions
- Rapidly prototype and iterate in a fast-moving environment
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to shape features and roadmap decisions
- Design polished, production-ready UI with a strong attention to detail
- Contribute to and evolve our design system
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and research-driven design
- Proven experience conducting user research and translating insights into product decisions
- Experience facilitating or leading workshops with clients or cross-functional teams
- Excellent UI/UX craft: interaction design, visual design, and usability
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and presenting ideas clearly
- Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced startup environment
- High ownership mindset-you take ideas from concept to shipped product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with analytics and data-informed design - Experience building or scaling design systems
- Background in service design or design thinking methodologies
