* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.

+ Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

As a part of the You Tube Ads Monetization and Pricing team, you will be dedicated to powering You Tube's long-term growth. You will optimize monetization, pricing, and marketplace dynamics, ensuring a healthy balance between the needs of our advertisers, users, creators, and Google.

As a Global Product Lead for You Tube Monetization an Pricing (Feed Monetization and User Experience), you will develop and execute strategic pricing and ad inventory-management projects that translate complex market and customer needs into product requirements and pricing recommendations. You will specifically own pricing and the monetization optimizations for You Tube's Search and Home feeds. Furthermore, you will lead the launch of a new ad format(s) and manage crucial optimizations for the overall User Ad Experience and Ad Load.

In this role, you will require deep quantitative fluency and the ability to build pricing frameworks from the ground up. You will architect models for key ad formats by synthesizing inventory costs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to influence both the product roadmap and overarching monetization strategy. You will serve as a cross-functional, cross-product area leader and project manager, driving alignment between Product Management, GTM teams, You Tube Organic, and regional specialists to bring these solutions to life globally.
